Rental Terms: The lessee must provide a certificate of insurance for the total replacement value of the equipment. Lessee assumes full responsibility for the full value of the equipment should the equipment be damaged or stolen. All minor repairs or replacements are to be done immediately. Rental is based on a daily rate, regardless of whether the equipment is used or not. Rental period is for 24 hours from 0000 to 2400. Pick-up and delivery billed at $50.00 each way. Weekly rate is 4X . WCV assumes no responsibility for failure of equipment in the field due to operator negligence or faulty tape-stock.
